By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. You further acknowledge and agree that MOTIF STUDIOS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall MOTIF STUDIOS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

MOTIF STUDIOS its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.


Prices on the MOTIF STUDIOS website include value added tax (VAT). Value added tax is payable on all orders when the customer is a consumer resident in an EU member state. For outside of the EU, VAT is not included. Orders to countries outside the EU may need to pay VAT, import duties, and taxes. These are applied when the package arrives at the local customs in the country of delivery. For orders outside the EU, the following delivery terms apply: Delivery At Place (DAP). This means that the customer is responsible for VAT, fees and taxes. If you have any further questions we recommend that you contact your local customers office for more information on rules and fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay extra fees for any customs clearance. For the orders to the UK, the following delivery terms apply: Purchases for 135GBP or less (including shipping) including VAT. Customers only pay important tax and duty. Purchases for 135GBP or more (including shipping) exclude VAT and customers pay local VAT, import tax and duty before receiving the goods. 

Privacy Policy at MOTIF STUDIOS

We respect your integrity and therefore treat personal data in a careful and responsible manner and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In all contexts where personal data may be processed by MOTIF STUDIOS or by someone else on behalf of MOTIF STUDIOS, all responsible and appropriate measures are taken to protect customer information from unauthorized access, dissemination, alteration, and destruction. MOTIF STUDIOS processes personal data in the form of names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses, or any other data that you have provided us. We have several different purposes for processing data; we have to process personal data to respond to inquiries, send out invitations and provide news and information. We also need to process personal data in connection with any purchases made. Furthermore, we collect cookies when our personal website is visited. We strive to continuously improve our process and systems in all parts of our company to improve the management and security of your tasks. When you make a purchase with us, you agree that we will handle your information in order to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer. You are always entitled to know which of your personal information we handle, correct them or remove them. To do so, contact our customer service to get assistance. 


We always offer you a secure payment method, we cooperate with Klarna, Nets and Paypal, which meets the PCI DSS requirements. All card details and your personal data are encrypted, which means that only authorized persons can access the information.


The delivery method, conditions, delivery time and cost vat depending on the country and the type of product. Products bought via MOTIF STUDIOS website are only delivered to Sweden, Europe, North America, South America, Australia and UAE. For other countries, contact customer service. We do not carry out any order of business with Russia for obvious reasons. All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. 

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 2-10 business days. Ordered items will ship within 2-4 business days (if nothing else is stated in the product information text). Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery and extra costs, so please ensure that you have included full and correct address and contact details before placing your order. 

Delivery Delay

Even though we do our utmost to deliver your order in a timely manner, sometimes things don't go as planned. If the delivery takes longer than expected, we ask you to contact customer service straight away so that we can look into why the delivery is delayed. 

Damage During Transport 

We have chosen carriers who we trust; however, damage during transport may occur. As the customer you are responsible for examining the product and packaging for any visible damage within 24 hours from when you receive it. If there is any visible damage to the product of packaging, please report this directly to our customer service. Do not throw the damaged package or product away, document the damage with photos and keep until your claim has been approved.  

Uncollected Packages and Failed Delivery

Packages are only held at the collection point for 14 days from its arrival date, if you fail to collect your package within the time limit it will be returned to us. We charge for uncollected packages. Please note that if you’re receiving more than one package you might get two or more notifications from the carrier. Uncollected packages that are returned to us are transported at your own risk and we are not responsible for the product after it has been returned to us. To avoid extra charges it is important to collect your parcel even if you have changed your mind.

Europe 50 EUR

Rest of the world 60 EUR 

Exchange and Returns

Obviously we hope that you are completely satisfied with the poster or product that you’ve purchased from MOTIF STUDIOS. When ordering from our website or from our customer service you have the right to a refund regardless of your reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase. To get a full refund you need to return the product to MOTIF STUDIOS within 14 days of receiving it. Please be aware that you cannot exercise your right of refund simply by refusing the delivery of the product you’ve purchased from us or by not collecting your parcel. In addition to the right of retraction, we provide a 30 days right of replacement from the purchasing date. You have the right to exchange and can do so by placing a new order on the MOTIF STUDIOS website. In case of exchange and return, it’s your responsibility to return the product in its original condition, ideally on its original packaging. When returning or exchanging  a product you have to bear the cost of the return freight. MOTIF STUDIOS will not refund any shipment or payment costs associated with the return or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned to us undamaged and in a timely manner (within 30 days). Please make sure that the product you’re returning is well packed and that you keep the return recipe and delivery notes from the return carrier until the return is completed. It's especially important to keep the delivery notes with your customer number which we’ll need in the case of returns or exchanges.

Payment refund

Repayments will be made within 14 days from when we receive the product. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used to purchase the product.


Despite our best efforts and our supplier's high quality standard, we are all humans and sometimes a product might have some imperfections. If a product is defective and you make a complaint to our customer service in due time, we will  ensure that the product is replaced free of charge for you. For you to get a complete refund we must be unable to replace the product within a reasonable period of time. Make sure that you keep the order confirmation and document the defective product.

MOTIF STUDIOS makes reservations for any obvious clerical or printing errors and cannot be held liable for damage resulting from such an error. 

Force Majeure 

We are exempted from fulfilling the delivery if  the due fulfillment of the delivery is prevented by a circumstance outside our control that we could not reasonably have expected and whose consequences we could not reasonably avoid or overcome. Such as labor disputes, fire, accident, war, decision of public authority or other circumstances that are outside our control and have a material effect on due fulfillment of our obligations.
