Shipping
The delivery method, conditions, delivery time and cost vat depending on the country and the type of product. Products bought via MOTIF STUDIOS website are only delivered to Sweden, Europe, North America, South America, Australia and UAE. For other countries, contact customer service. We do not carry out any order of business with Russia for obvious reasons. All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-10 business days. Ordered items will ship within 2-4 business days (if nothing else is stated in the product information text). Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery and extra costs, so please ensure that you have included full and correct address and contact details before placing your order.
Delivery Delay
Even though we do our utmost to deliver your order in a timely manner, sometimes things don't go as planned. If the delivery takes longer than expected, we ask you to contact customer service straight away so that we can look into why the delivery is delayed.
Damage During Transport
We have chosen carriers who we trust; however, damage during transport may occur. As the customer you are responsible for examining the product and packaging for any visible damage within 24 hours from when you receive it. If there is any visible damage to the product or packaging, please report this directly to our customer service. Do not throw the damaged package or product away, document the damage with photos and keep it until your claim has been approved.
Uncollected Packages and Failed Delivery
Packages are only held at the collection point for 14 days from its arrival date, if you fail to collect your package within the time limit it will be returned to us. We charge for uncollected packages. Please note that if you’re receiving more than one package you might get two or more notifications from the carrier. Uncollected packages that are returned to us are transported at your own risk and we are not responsible for the product after it has been returned to us. To avoid extra charges it is important to collect your parcel even if you have changed your mind.

Exchange and Returns
Obviously, we hope that you are completely satisfied with the poster or product that you’ve purchased from MOTIF STUDIOS. When ordering from our website or from our customer service you have the right to a refund regardless of your reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase. To get a full refund you need to return the product to MOTIF STUDIOS within 14 days of receiving it. Please be aware that you cannot exercise your right of refund simply by refusing the delivery of the product you’ve purchased from us or by not collecting your parcel. In addition to the right of retraction, we provide a 30 days right of replacement from the purchasing date. You have the right to exchange and can do so by placing a new order on the MOTIF STUDIOS website. In case of exchange and return, it’s your responsibility to return the product in its original condition, ideally on its original packaging. When returning or exchanging a product you have to bear the cost of the return freight. MOTIF STUDIOS will not refund any shipment or payment costs associated with the return or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned to us undamaged and in a timely manner (within 30 days). Please make sure that the product you’re returning is well packed and that you keep the return recipe and delivery notes from the return carrier until the return is completed. It's especially important to keep the delivery notes with your customer number which we’ll need in the case of returns or exchanges.

Payment refund
Repayments will be made within 14 days from when we receive the product. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used to purchase the product.
Defects
Despite our best efforts and our supplier's high quality standard, we are all humans and sometimes a product might have some imperfections. If a product is defective and you make a complaint to our customer service in due time, we will ensure that the product is replaced free of charge for you. For you to get a complete refund we must be unable to replace the product within a reasonable period of time. Make sure that you keep the order confirmation and document the defective product.

Reservation
MOTIF STUDIOS makes reservations for any obvious clerical or printing errors and cannot be held liable for damage resulting from such an error.
Force Majeure
We are exempted from fulfilling the delivery if the due fulfillment of the delivery is prevented by a circumstance outside our control that we could not reasonably have expected and whose consequences we could not reasonably avoid or overcome. Such as labor disputes, fire, accident, war, decision of public authority or other circumstances that are outside our control and have a material effect on due fulfillment of our obligations.
